2. Usage Limits

2.1 Rate Limits

Each plan has a specific rate limit for the number of requests you can make per minute (R_min). The daily limit is derived from the per-minute limit using a fair usage multiplier of 13.89% of the theoretical maximum requests per day. The calculation is as follows:

Daily Limit = R_min × 1,440 × 0.1389

For example:

• If the per-minute rate limit is 25 requests, the daily limit is approximately 5,000 requests.
• For a per-minute rate limit of 10 requests, the daily limit is approximately 2,000 requests.

2.2 Free Plan

Users on the Free Plan have a rate limit of 3 requests per minute, with a daily limit of approximately 600 requests.

2.3 Premium Plan

The Premium Plan allows up to 25 requests per minute, with a daily cap of 5,000 requests.

2.4 Custom Plans

For custom or enterprise plans, the rate limit and daily caps may vary depending on the service agreement.

3. Fair Use Guidelines

3.1 Reasonable Use

Users must use the Services in a reasonable and responsible manner. The following activities are prohibited:

• Circumventing or attempting to bypass rate limits or daily usage caps.
• Excessive automated requests that exceed plan limits.
• Sharing API access with unauthorized users or third parties.

3.2 Non-Commercial Use of Free Plan

The Free Plan is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial usage requires upgrading to a paid plan.

4. Monitoring and Enforcement

4.1 Monitoring Usage

We monitor user activity to ensure compliance with this Policy, including tracking request rates and overall daily usage. Exceeding your plan's limits may result in temporary suspension until your usage resets or is adjusted.

4.2 Enforcement

If your usage exceeds limits or violates this Policy, LegacyLabs reserves the right to:

• Throttle or temporarily suspend your access.
• Permanently disable access for repeat offenders or egregious misuse.
• Notify you of policy violations or excessive usage via email or in-app notifications.

5. Exceptions and Custom Plans

Users exceeding their usage limits due to legitimate business needs can contact us to upgrade their plan or request custom limits. We aim to provide flexibility for businesses with growing needs.
